Аннотация:

Обзор посвящен возможностям применения ультразвуковых и функциональных методов исследования в диагностике ишемического инсульта неустановленной этиологии.

Описаны основные причины развития криптогенного инсульта. Представлены возможности расширенной ультразвуковой ангиовизуализации для выявления возможных ангиогенных источников церебральной эмболии.

Описаны алгоритмы применения транскраниальной допплерографии для выявления открытого овального окна и подтверждения эмбологенности атеросклеротической бляшки. Кроме того, освещены методы оценки источников кардиогенной церебральной эмболии.
