Аннотация:

Оптическая когерентная томография - метод внутрисосудистой визуализации в основе которого используется инфракрасное излучение, что позволяет получать изображения артериальной стенки с высоким разрешением в диапазоне 10-20 мкм. Эта особенность позволяет визуализацию отдельных компонентов атеросклеротические бляшки.

Целью настоящего обзора является ознакомление с методологией, терминологией и возможными клиническими приложениями оптической когерентной томографии.

Освещены результаты сравнения основных методов внутрисосудистой визуализации для качественной и количественной оценки атеросклероза коронарных артерий и результатов чрескожных коронарных вмешательств.
