Аннотация:

В статье приведены данные современной литературы, демонстрирующие роль компьютерной томографии и КТ-ангиографии в диагностике острого нарушения мезентериального кровообращения. Описаны различные группы неспецифических и косвенных инструментальных признаков указывающих на острую тромботическую и тромбоэмболическую окклюзию брыжеечных артерий.

КТ-ангиография, демонстрируя сопоставимые, в сравнении со стандартной ангиографией, показатели чувствительности и специфичности и по мнению многих авторов может рассматриваться в качестве первого шага в инструментальной диагностике острого нарушения брыжеечного кровообращения.
