Аннотация:

Обзор посвящен проблеме применения ангиосомного принципа реваскуляризации при критической ишемии нижних конечностей.

Описано кровоснабжение стопы в соответствии с ангиосомной концепцией. Представлены разные взгляды относительно применения ангиосомного принципа реваскуляризации при критической ишемии нижних конечностей.

Описан ряд особенностей ангиосомного принципа, ограничивающих его рутинное использование в клинической практике.

Кроме того, освещены методы оценки перфузии тканей стопы, которые можно применять на всех этапах лечения, оценивая тяжесть поражения макро- и микроциркуляции и результат реваскуляризации.
