Аннотация:

Цель: представить литературный обзор и собственные наблюдения по рентгенангиографической семиотике поражений интракраниальных артерий у пациентов с острым ишемическим инсультом.

Материалы и методы: в данной работе представлены клинические примеры применения внутриартериальных методов реваскуляризации у пациентов с острым ишемическим инсультом, выполненные в период с 2007 по 2014 гг в ГАУЗ «Межрегиональный клинико-диагностический центр» города Казани.

Результаты и выводы: при выполнении ангиографии у пациентов в остром периоде ишемического инсульта необходимо выполнять оценку ангиограмм в артериальную, паренхиматозную и венозную фазы. Степень восстановления кровотока после внутрисосудистой реперфузионной терапии оценивается по шкале mTICI.
