Аннотация:

Цель исследования: анализ возможностей применения мультиспиральной компьютерной томографии у больных с патологией коронарного русла.

Результаты: выполнен анализ литературных данных о применении мультиспиральной компьютерной томографии в диагностике ишемической болезни сердца. Приведены данные о развитии метода, указано, что его диагностическая эффективность связана с технологическими улучшениями, сопровождавшими появление каждого последующего поколения мультиспиральных компьютерных томографов. Рассмотрены возможности использования томографов от 16- до 230-срезовых аппаратов с двумя источниками энергии, показаны преимущества применения режима «двойной энергии» (dual-energy CT) при диагностике коронарной патологии. Приведены факторы, ограничивающие диагностическую эффективность данного метода - артефакты, связанные с движением и выраженной кальцификацией.

Выводы: указано, что внедрение метода в кардиологическую практику способствует рассмотрению его в качестве перспективной альтернативы диагностической инвазивной коронарной ангиографии, высказано предположение, что дальнейшее развитие технологий позволит мультиспиральной компьютерной томографии стать основным методом диагностики коронарной недостаточности и других сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний.
