Аннотация: Ретроперитонеальный фиброз (РПФ) является редким заболеванием, при котором визуализируется увеличение забрюшинной клетчатки периаортально. Симптомы и признаки, связанные с РПФ, неспецифичны, и диагностика требует высокой степени настороженности. Хотя окончательный диагноз может быть сделан только на основе биопсии, ультразвуковое исследование, компьютерная томография и/или магнитно-резонансная томография имеют большое значение для оценки патологического процесса, определения связи увеличенной забрюшинной ткани с идиопатическим и вторичным РПФ.
