Аннотация: Цель исследования: оценить возможности применения ультразвуковой классификации подкожного разрыва ахиллова сухожилия (АС) в клинической практике. Материалы и методы: в исследование включено 11 пациентов, мужчин - 9, женщин - 2. Всем пациентам проведены клинические и рентгенографические исследования. Ультразвуковое исследование проведено согласно стандартным методикам и современной ультразвуковой классификации подкожного разрыва АС с проведением функциональной пробы. Результаты: клинические признаки подкожного разрыва АС выявлены у всех пациентов. Согласно ультразвуковой классификации признаки полного разрыва АС выявлены в 27,2% (3/11) случаях, неполного - в 72,8% (8/11). Среди пациентов с неполным разрывом АС 37,5% (3/8) пациентов имели признаки тендиноза. Выводы: полученные данные свидетельствуют об эффективности ультразвуковой классификации подкожного разрыва ахиллова сухожилия в выявлении многообразных вариантов его повреждения, что может значительно оптимизировать тактику лечения.
