Аннотация:

Одной из важных задач, в настоящее время стоящей перед интервенционной кардиологией, является правильное медикаментозное обеспечение выполненной процедуры. Это в первую очередь препараты, предотвращающие тромбоз стента - антикоагулянты и дезагреганты. Их ассортимент, представленный на рынке, постоянно растет, и в связи с этим, необходимо иметь четкие представления об их свойствах.

В статье представлен обзор клинических исследований, посвященных относительно недавно появившемуся и, к сожалению, пока мало используемому в России препарату Ангиокс (бивалирудин), который, как показывают исследования, по сравнению с давно применяемыми препаратами не менее эффективен, но более безопасен.
