Аннотация:

Представлен обзор литературы, посвященный критической ишемии верхних конечностей у пациентов-носителей постоянного сосудистого доступа. Рассмотрены возможные этиологические причины критической ишемии и диагностические аспекты данной патологии. Продемонстрированы современные подходы к лечению критической ишемии верхних конечностей у пациентов данной группы, а также обсуждаются показания и противопоказания к тем или иным методам купирования ишемии. Особое внимание уделено эндоваскулярному методу реваскуляризации рук, который может стать методом выбора лечения больных критической ишемией кисти, обусловленной окклюзионным поражением артерий предплечья и кисти у пациентов-носителей постоянного сосудистого доступа.
