Цель. Актуальность проблемы удаления эндокардиальных электродов. Суть  процедуры - в безопасном и эффективном освобождении электродов от фиброзных тканей, инкапсулирующих их в точках контакта с венозными

стенками и структурами сердца.

Материалы и методы. Рассматриваются показания, клиническая эффективность и осложнения, связанные с применением различных  методов.   Описаны   принципы удаления электродов, основанные на  сочетании противотракции и противодавления. Проведен обзор всех существующих способов удаления электродов – от простой тракции до использования активных систем.

Выводы. Проведен сравнительный анализ и показаны преимущества активных способов удаления электродов.
