Аннотация Цель: определить наиболее характерные признаки нестабильности и угрожающего разрыва аневризм брюшной аорты, выявляемые с помощью компьютерной томографии (КТ), основываясь на анализе данных мировой литературы. Материалы: изучены международные клинические рекомендации, а также работы 36 отечественных и зарубежных авторов, посвященных диагностике аневризм брюшного отдела аорты (АБА) с помощью компьютерной томографии. Исследованы работы, в которых описаны патогенетические механизмы разрыва АБА, структурные изменения аортальной стенки и окружающих тканей, которые могут расцениваться как признаки формирующегося разрыва аневризмы. Заключение: на основе литературных данных представлены специфичные КТ-признаки нестабильности аортальной стенки, приведены данные о высокой диагностической ценности некоторых из них.
